Course overview
The certificate in case management is designed to develop and enhance the ability of a wide range of staff in health, social services and workplaces to perform case management functions in a variety of practice settings, but primarily focused on “Return to Work” and effective functioning.
This programme is a core module which will provide delegates with the opportunity to acquire /enhance skills fundamental to client centered case management; understand the models and theories of case management; locate case management within employment, health and social service policy frameworks enabling the practitioner to provide high quality efficient services.

This course has received FOM CPD approval worth 18.5 CPD points for full attendance.
